Description

Designed for leaders of any level, “Behaviors of an Inclusive Leader” highlights the critical ability to lead and manage people and organizations without biases or prejudices and to cultivate a work environment in which individuals are treated fairly and feel safe, respected, and valued.

The focus of this class is not only to define inclusive leadership and have leaders reflect on their current actions, but to explore the six signature traits of inclusive leaders.  Through discussion and a case study, leaders will have an opportunity to identify actions that they take to drive inclusion at various levels.  Finally, leaders will reflect on how they can be an agent of change by applying the concepts of this class to ongoing initiatives in their organization.

Once you register, you’ll have access to asynchronous articles and tools.

At the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Define inclusive leadership and explain what it looks like in action
  • Identify the six traits of inclusive leadership
  • Consider how you can best leverage your role to guide change at an individual, interpersonal, and systemic level
